Made-to-order or oversized furniture: processing time will be confirmed individually

Orders placed during holidays or peak campaigns may require additional time

A tracking email will be provided once your order is shipped

Delivery Issues & Reshipment

If a delivery fails due to incorrect address information or recipient unavailability:

Our team will contact you to arrange reshipment

A second-attempt shipping fee may apply

Unclaimed packages returned to Rivius after 7 working days will require reshipping fees to resend

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate prior to checkout.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

Although every item is thoroughly inspected and securely packaged, should you receive:

Please contact us within 48 hours with photos and a short description.
