Rivius is committed to delivering a seamless shopping experience and professional after-sales service. This warranty policy applies to all genuine products officially distributed by Rivius (excluding Samsung and Devialet products, which follow the manufacturers’ own warranty policies).

- Warping, cracks, or frame breakage under normal use - Peeling surface finishing not caused by impact/friction - Loose screws, misaligned joints due to manufacturing defects

Decorative Lighting (ceiling, table, floor lamps…)

- Bulbs not working, switch failure, or burnt-out under stable voltage - Broken wires or open circuits due to manufacturer fault - Defective lamp shade or frame material not caused by external impact



Warranty does not apply in the following cases:

Misuse, overloading, or operation outside the intended function.

Damage caused by unstable power supply, mold, fire, or explosion.

Breakage due to relocation, accidental drop, impact, or outdoor use against recommendations.

✔ If defect is visible and product remains in original packaging

Decorative Lighting

✔ For electrical faults, small component replacement

✖ (Accepted only at warehouse)

✔ If packaging and accessories remain intact

Small Appliances

✔ Priority inspection/repair at warehouse for electrical systems

✔ If warranty seal is intact and all original accessories are included


Transportation Costs:

Free one-time transport from customer’s address to warehouse during the warranty period.

Return shipping after repair/replacement (to customer’s address) will be covered by the customer or collected at the showroom.
